How we got rollin'

Back in the mid-1990s, when I was growing up in California, I had this idea for a coffee truck. Working two jobs, I knew how much people needed that midday pick-me-up! Then, in the early 2000s, I went to Le Cordon Bleu and really honed my cooking skills. I watched the food truck scene explode, and I loved seeing all the creative chefs out there. I always made sure to try the local trucks whenever I could. But, you know, family came first, so I focused on raising my kids. Once they were a bit older, I finally started researching how to launch my own truck. I wanted to cook the food I loved, and that always came back to the amazing flavors of California. I'm talking about those incredible Mexican dishes mixed with fresh produce, fish, and all the great vegetarian options. That's how Kalifornia Cuisine came about—it's all about the excitement, the passion, and bringing you the delicious and healthy food that California is known for!
